1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Hire Me ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — free and paid.

The Service is operated by Manning Stinson ("we," "us," "our") and is accessible at hireme.manningstinson.com.

2. What Hire Me Is

Hire Me is a remote job search workspace that aggregates job listings from third-party sources, provides keyword gap analysis based on your uploaded resume, and offers tools to organize and document your job search.

Job listings are sourced from external APIs and job boards. We do not post, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any job listing. All applications are made directly with the hiring company — Hire Me is not an employer and does not facilitate hiring.

3. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and a password of at least 8 characters to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your account, create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free plan: Available to all registered users at no cost. Includes limited job scanner results (8 per scan), keyword gap preview, all 18 career tracks, and the resume hub.

Premium plan: A paid subscription that unlocks unlimited results, full keyword gap analysis, focus builder, application tracker, journal, notes, playbook, and the full company target list. Current pricing is shown on the Plans page.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their billing cycle.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or quarterly cycle, as selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain premium access through that period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service — including resumes, journal entries, notes, and focus statements. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or create a false identity
• Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that exceed normal human usage

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and multiple job board APIs. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party content or services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the job scanner will return complete or accurate results, that your application tracker or keyword gaps will result in employment, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Job listings are sourced from external APIs over which we have no control. We are not responsible for expired, inaccurate, or fraudulent job postings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manning Stinson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
